Bu sefer benimle ilgili ...

Yillardir icimde yanip tutusan ve bir turlu orta yolu bulamadigim lezzet konusunda en sonunda yazmaya calisip becerememekten daha fazlasini yaptim galiba.


Keske bu donusume annem sebep olmasa ve butun tatlari beraber yapabilseydik. Tek tesellim gorebildigini dusunmek :)


Kucuklumden beri her tadi denemege, onlarin pesinden fizana kadar gitmeye hatta otesine gecip onlari birbirine karistirip denemeye daha da tehlikelisi denetmeye bayilirdim. Ister genetik deyin, ister ikizler burcu veya sadece deli .... Sonucta ortaya kendi zevk alacagim seyler cikartiyordum ve galiba begenenlerde oluyordu ki sirketlerde yemekleri bana sectiriyorlar ve pikniklerde sandvicleri ben yapiyordum.

Pazarlari sucukla (benim icin sebze) yaptigim butun denemeler yillardir devam eder ve halen musterisi vardir.


Boyle yillar gectikce ve 100 den fazla sehir 20 den fazla ulkeden 1000 lerce lezzet deneme sansi yakalayinca (fizani biraz gectik mi) damakta degisimler yasaniyor. Ustelik sunumlara, servise ve belki de akliniza gelmeyecek bir cok detaya otomatik olarak dikkat ettigimi fark ediyorum. Boylece bunu vaktim buldukca yazayim diyorum (bu da genetik olabilir) karsinizda duran blog 2006 da doguyor (yasiyor demedim). Yazilardan da goreceginiz gibi tamamen amator bir ruhla lezzetler ve mekanlar hakkinda bilgi vermeye calisiyor. Ancak zamanla beni kesmiyor tabi benim dogal evrim sonucum olarak baska birseye donusuyor yani asagada ki hikayeye .....................................................................................................................

Tolga’s route to becoming a chef follows an unusual path. After completing his Masters Degree in Business Administration and working in an international company as a senior manager, Tolga quit his job and opened his own HR Consultancy firm. He continued his studies in psychology until the tragic death of his mother from Cancer. His mother used to be a recipe writer and on her death his father collected her recipes and had them published. The book was presented as a gift to the family on the anniversary of her birthday. This was a defining moment for Tolga who says “that day was very traumatic for all our family, but for me it was a special day full of different emotions”. He admits that only then did he realise that he wanted to do something significant for in memory of his mother and decided to take the book of recipes and start cooking the meals written in it. He attended the Mutfak Sanatlari Akademisi Culinary Arts Academy in Istanbul to gain professional qualifications, (www.msa.tc). People tried to put him off a ‘career in cooking’, telling him he was “the boss” and that he was “not young anymore”. However Tolga was not deterred and will soon graduate from the programme. He has attracted the attention of British Celebrity Chef Jamie Oliver and has been offered an internship at Jamie’s ‘Italian’ in London.

Insan kendini buldukca (belki biraz yasla) hayatla en buyuk kavgasinin kendiyle yaptigi kavga oldugunu goruyor hatta butun kavganin bu oldugunu hissediyor. Gelisme hic bitmiyor ve bitmemelide zaten ve ogrendiklerimizi baskalariyla paylasmaliyiz. Gorevimizde bu degil mi?
